Chalet Panorama is a stylish catered apartment laid out over one floor of the four-star Hotel Rodella in Selva Gardena. Perched on top of a hill, you can enjoy wonderful views of the village of Selva and the Sella Massif to the east, the dramatic Sassolungo to the south and the Pic to the North.
The Panorama apartment sleeps five guests in three en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms can be arranged with either double or twin beds, whilst the third bedroom has a single bed. The rooming gives maximum flexibility for both families and a small group of friends. Breakfast and dinner are served by your personal butler in the privacy of your lounge / dining room with kitchenette.
Afternoon tea will be laid out for you on your return from a day’s skiing the fabulous slopes of the Dolomites. A four-course evening meal with choices is prepared in the main kitchen area on the lower floor of the property and served by your butler in the privacy of your chalet apartment.
You will also have use of the hotel’s beautiful spa which was completed in the summer of 2021. The spa area offers a heated in/outdoor infinity swimming pool with breathtaking views of the village and Sella Group, plus a panoramic relaxation area.
There are also two outdoor whirlpools on the raised sun terrace, the ideal place to enjoy the evening sun. The sauna area consists of a Finnish sauna, steam bath, ice fountain and ‘Kneipp’, relaxation area with water beds, infrared beds and Vital corner. For those who like to pamper themselves a little more on holiday, a beautician or masseuse is ready to offer a range of massages and treatments.
In the morning head down to the ski and boot room, and from here the hotel’s shuttle bus will take you on the 3 minute ride to and from the ski slopes each day.
For those looking for a private and spacious property in Italy, but still with access to a hotel’s spa facilities and a bar, Panorama is an excellent choice for your ski holiday in Italy. Airport transfers or day trips by helicopter can be arranged from right next to the chalet during daylight hours.
Selva Gardena is part of the Super Ski Dolomiti area which totals 1200km of prepared pistes, more than 500km of which can be skied from Selva without taking a single bus! The vast majority of the lifts in the area are latest generation 4 to 8 seat chairlifts, some even heated or bubble lifts.
The valley also boasts 150km of cross-country ski tracks and lots of scenic walking and snow shoeing can be enjoyed from right outside the chalet door in this stunning area. The Dolomites have also been listed a world heritage site by UNESCO, so beautiful surroundings are guaranteed.
For different group or family sizes, you can also choose between Chalet Selva which sleeps 4 people and Chalet The Loft which sleeps 6.
