Chalet Sagarmata is a dazzling contemporary luxury ski chalet situated high on the Savoleyres side of Verbier. Its elevated settingdelivers sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and valley below. Designed throughout with a fresh and modern style, the chalet combines a prime setting with spacious, thoughtfully arranged interiors and extensive spa facilities.
The chalet is spread across 1,200 of floor area and accommodates up to 13 guests across seven bedrooms, with an additional single staff bedroom available if needed to bring the occupancy up to 14. On arrival, you enter via the indoor garage where the well-equipped ski room and entrance hall provide ample storage for your mountain equipment and clothing.
The first floor is dedicated to wellness and relaxation, with the striking 25m indoor swimming pool taking centre stage. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a large terrace, making the most of the spectacular scenery and providing a dramatic backdrop from some lengths of the pool. The spa area includes a sauna, steam room, ice-cold plunge pool, and a private massage room.
Up onto the second floor and a generous open-plan living and dining space sits at the heart of the chalet. Cosy seating is centred around the wood-burning fireplace, and French windows drench the room with natural light. A commanding oak dining table seats up to 16 guests and is ideally positioned between the private kitchen and lounge.
This second floor also comprises a spacious double bedroom with dressing area, en-suite bathroom, and terrace access. There is also a guest toilet, and the additional staff bedroom (available on request) on this level. A private staircase also leads up to the east wing, where the master suite is tucked away in privacy and features a four-poster bed, sitting area, balcony, and large en-suite bathroom.
Another separate set of stairs leads up from the second floor to the west wing which offers a family suite comprising two bedrooms and a cosy living area with fireplace and kitchenette. One bedroom is a double with en-suite shower room, while the other can be configured as a twin or double, also with en-suite facilities. This floor also comprises an additional double bedroom and a single bedroom, which share a separate family bathroom.
In the attic, up on the fourth floor, there is a further bedroom which can be arranged with either a double or twin beds, along with an en-suite wet room.
An elevator serves four floors of the west wing, from the garage level up to the family bedroom floor, though it does not access the master suite (east wing) or attic. The chalet also provides three underground car parking spaces, along with laundry facilities.
The chalet offers a family friendly setting only a 3-minute drive away from the nursery slopes at Les Esserts. The Savoleyres gondola is also a 3-minute drive away and provides access to the beginner and intermediate friendly terrain of the La Tzoumaz ski area. The main Verbier ski lift hub at Médran is a 6-minute drive from Chalet Peregrine.
Place Centrale, at the centre of Verbier, is only a four-minute drive away and offers a great selection of the resort’s most exclusive restaurants, shops, bars and après ski.
Chalet Sagarmata is available to rent on a fully staffed basis including in-resort driver service. The chef will tailor the food menus to tailor your personal preferences with food and drink costs additional and invoiced at the end of your stay.
