Chalet 3SIXTY is a stunning modern luxury chalet in La Tania with an enviable setting overlooking the main gondola. You are less than a 1 minute walk to the nearest ski slope and from where you can ski the 100m to the gondola lift. The resort centre, bars and restaurants are also only a 5 minute walk away, making the chalet the perfect choice for those who appreciate a convenient location on their ski holiday.
The chalet is arranged over three floors and can accommodate up to 10-12 guests in 6 bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms can be set up with either double or twin beds, and one bedroom has a fixed double bed. The open plan living and dining room as well as the kitchen are located on the middle floor where a huge double height ceiling and large picture windows afford dramatic views over the resort and mountains.
Heading downstairs and the crowning glory of the chalet is discovered with a 10m long indoor swimming pool set against the backdrop of the Alps. After a refreshing dip or some lengths, you can unwind further in the beautifully green tiled hammam, or head outside and sink into the hot tub on the balcony.
Also on the lower floor is a second living room / TV room, which is a great additional feature for family groups with children, as well as a kids garage zone with full size pool table, table tennis table & table football.
The chalets six bedrooms are spread between the three floors, with two on each. On the ground floor both bedrooms have en-suite facilities, whilst the other four bedrooms share two separate shower rooms. The layout works well for three families sharing as each can have their own privacy in the evenings.
For the 2025/26 season there will be a new Blue piste linking off from the green Plan Fontaine run which is replacing the old steeper red piste making it even easier to access the chalet.
For those self-driving to resort there are private exterior car parking spaces available. The ski room has boot warmers, and each morning it is just the shortest of walks to the ski slopes.
