Benefitting from the same convenient location as Chalet Banja, Chalet Binna is situated in the desirable Winkelmatten area of Zermatt.
This exclusive location means that you are only a 5 minute walk to the Matterhorn Express gondola and it is possible to ski back to within 100m of the door for much of the winter. For even more convenience, there is also a bus stop close by.
Like it’s neighbour, the chalet has great views of the Matterhorn and provides for a level of comfort, design and convenience seldom seen in private ski accommodation. Furthermore, the chalet also has its own array of luxury “wellness” facilities including an external hot tub.
The chalets modern design incorporates various levels going down from the main entrance and ski boot room. Access to the chalet has been specifically designed to allow for guests with limited mobility with ramp access to the front door and a private internal lift between floors, in addition to the stairs.
The large sitting/dining room has an atmospheric fireplace and a TV corner. The modern fully equipped kitchen sits discreetly off from the dining area, and there is a terrace with a view of the Matterhorn.
The chalets 4 en-suite bedrooms ideally accommodate 6 adults and 3 children.
With all 3 double bedrooms also able to be arranged as twins, this catered ski chalet provides great flexibility for group and family holidays. The bedrooms and main sitting room have cable TV whilst the chalet has its own WiFi network.
All bathrooms/showers have hairdryers and there are safes in all the bedrooms. As you would expect, the standard of furnishing is very high and the decoration is well chosen.
There is also a “wellness” area with sauna, shower and relaxation area as well as a large hot tub bath on the terrace, which looks up at the Matterhorn. Next to the front door, there is a ski room with a heated boot rack.
