Heading down a further level to the ground floor, and here you have a dedicated TV lounge with handy kitchenette. Accessed from here are both the steam room, and the 2,000m2 garden with outdoor hot tub and stunning views. In the summer months, the garden offers the ideal spot for children to play, and with a BBQ and outside dining table, al fresco meals never had a better backdrop.

When it comes to the sleeping quarters, the rooms are spread throughout the chalet. On the first floor are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. On the ground floor a further double bedroom with en-suite, plus a bunk room sleeping two and with access to a shower and toilet in the hallway opposite.

On the second floor is a bedroom which can be setup with either a double or twin bed, and upstairs on the loft floor is a twin bedroom. These two rooms share a separate shower room and separate toilet on the second floor.

Chalet Snowstorm features laundry facilities, and if driving to the property, 3 external car parking spaces.

The setting delivers panoramic views of the valley and mountains that rise in every direction. The location is perfect for those seeking to connect with nature. The village of Valtournenche sits below in the valley floor and is a 6-minte drive away. Further up the valley, 10km away, is the world-famous ski resort of Breuil-Cervinia and can be reached in approximately 16-minutes by car.

From the chalet it is around a 6-minute walk to the red Reine Blanche piste, which is the nearest access point to the ski area. This piste descends to the village of Valtournenche and from where you can then take the Valtournenche-Salette gondola. There is also a free car park at the gondola station which is accessible with a 6-minute drive from the chalet.

At the top of the gondola is a dedicated beginner area and a network of blue slopes on which to progress. The ski slopes at the top of the gondola also connect you into the 2 famous resorts of Breuil-Cervinia in Italy, and over to Zermatt in Switzerland. This huge ski area offers over 300km of high-altitude slopes as well as an abundance of some of the finest mountain restaurants in the world.

The Foyer des Guides restaurant, one of the best restaurants on the Italian side of the ski area, is 700m away from the chalet. The centre of Valtournenche, accessible with a 6-minute drive, offers a good choice of bars, restaurants, ski shops as well as a sports centre. The bustling resort centre of Cervinia, at the head of the valley, offers further amenities plus many more restaurants and bars.
