From the living room you can step out through glass doors onto the wide balcony and enjoy an après ski beverage whilst the sun sets. The convivial living area flows into the generous dining area where the table seats up to eight people. The modern kitchen overlooks the dining table and is fully equipped to ensure a stress-free self-catered ski holiday.

The first guest bedroom, a double with en-suite shower, is located on the other side of the entrance hall. Stairs then take you up to the next floor where you will find two further double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and wall mounted TVs. One of the rooms also opens out to a small private balcony with exceptional south-facing views. This floor is also home to the dedicated laundry room.

The final room is located on the top floor and is a loft-style master suite. This delightful adult retreat is tucked away under the eaves of the building and has a large en-suite bathroom with a shower-hammam and bath, along with a mounted TV in the bedroom and private balcony.

Guests also have the benefit of access to the shared spa area on the building’s first floor. Featuring a heated swimming pool with endless current and submerged jet spa, along with a sauna, you will be suitably relaxed and rejuvenated for your next day’s ski adventure on the slopes of Val d’Isere.

The apartment has access to the ski room with private ski lockers. There is also an extensive garage on the lowest level of the building where there are two dedicated car parking spaces with electric car charging points.

Grand Pre 4 is available to rent on a self-catered basis with or without daily housekeeping, or on a bed & breakfast basis.
