Grand Pre 2 is one of the four new apartments in the residence. Arranged over two floors and 130m2 of living space, the four en-suite bedrooms can sleep 8-10 guests. You can ski directly back to the property and store your equipment in the property’s dedicated ski room found on the ground floor. You then enter the apartment on the second floor and into the open plan kitchen, living and dining area, which occupies most of the floor space on this level.
The obligatory wood burning fireplace is the focal point of the living room and can be appreciated from the comfy L-shaped sofa. The mountain views can be enjoyed from this spot or step out onto the balcony and enjoy the afternoon warmth in the spring months. The fully equipped kitchen backs onto the living area and features a breakfast bar that is perfect for a morning coffee, or children’s high tea. The dining area adjoins the living room and the large table can seat up to 10 people.
Stairs take you down to the sleeping quarters where four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests in great comfort. The first double bedroom has terrace access and an en-suite shower. The second double has an en-suite shower and private toilet. The master suite features a desk and chair as well as a large bath and shower room along with terrace access. The fourth room is a bunk room sleeping up to four people in adult-sized beds and has an en-suite shower room and separate toilet.
Guests also have the benefit of access to the shared spa area on the building’s first floor. Featuring a heated swimming pool with endless current and submerged jet spa, along with a sauna, you will be suitably relaxed and rejuvenated for your next day’s ski adventure.
The apartment has its own laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as access to the ski room with private ski lockers. There is also an extensive garage on the lowest level of the building where there are two dedicated car parking space with electric car charging points.
Grand Pre 2 is available to rent on a self-catered basis with or without daily housekeeping.
