The Bellevarde / Solaise snow front is just a short distance away, thanks to the Santons piste.
Chardon 102 features a vast living room with a lounge, a dining area and an open kitchen. A south-facing terrace, extended by a garden, lets you enjoy winter sunshine and views of the ski slopes. You will find an en-suite bedroom, and the TV Room is equipped with a sofa bed and has a private bathroom – which can become an en-suite bedroom.
The underground level features a large master bedroom with dressing room, bathroom and toilet, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a children’s bedroom with 2 single beds. A winter garden offers an intimate space for relaxation.
The quickest way to reach the Santons piste is via a 50m off-piste path at the back of the Résidence des Chardons. Otherwise, a 250m walk will bring you onto the ski slope that heads down to the main snow front. The “Blue” ski bus route also connects the area of Legettaz with the Rond-Point des Pistes where the main snow front, ski lifts, and ski school meeting points are located.
