Designed for discerning clientele, it perfectly combines a central location, contemporary design, generous volumes and high-end amenities. Secure elevator access provides direct access to the apartment where you are invited into an elegant and intimate atmosphere. Spread across two floors and 315m2 of floor area, the property can accommodate up to 8 guests in four en-suite bedrooms.
To the front of the upper floor is the beautiful living spaces set beneath a dramatic, double vaulted, wood ceiling. Floor to ceiling windows frame views down the Manchet valley and snow-covered mountains. Step outside onto the south facing balcony where you can enjoy the panorama of the Bellevarde and Solaise ski slopes and the bustling high street below.
A central, wood burning fireplace naturally divides this space between the lounge and dining areas. A large L-shaped sofa is perfectly positioned to capture the alpine panorama whilst you snuggle up into the evenings with your favourite movie on the large screen. To the other side, the dining table offers an equally grand setting for relaxed breakfast and evening dinner parties with friends and family.
At the heart of this floor is a large and semi-open kitchen with a wine cellar and chill-out area. This is a wonderfully communal space to congregate for a post ski beverage before spreading out to enjoy the properties many facilities. An additional back kitchen also provides the chef with a dedicated meal preparation space.
Once back from the ski slopes your private spa area will no doubt be a popular choice. The unique spa offers an indoor hot tub surrounded by heated glass walls and roof. Imagine sitting in the hot, relaxing waters whilst the snow falls on the enveloping mountain scenery. The penthouse also offers a dedicated fitness room as well as a sauna, ensuring all your well-being needs are catered for.
All four double bedrooms are spacious, with the master suite situated to the front and providing access to the south facing balcony. It features a dressing room and large en-suite with bath and walk-in double shower. A further two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and balcony access are on the same floor, whilst on the lower level, accessed via stairs, is the fourth double room with en-suite shower room.
The main snow front, ski school meeting points and ski lifts, including the Bellevarde and Solaise gondolas, are a 300m walk away. From the snow front you have a choice of ski lifts depending on where you wish to start your day’s skiing adventure. Val d’Isere also has dedicated beginner areas for anyone in your group looking to take their first turns on snow.
For those who love to be in the middle of the action, you could not be batter placed. Upon leaving the property, no matter what direction you head, there are numerous cafes, shops and an eclectic mix of bars and restaurants. The setting makes it ideal for any groups who may have non-skiers and wish to just enjoy the magical, alpine ambiance.
