Built in 2019 by the renowned architect, John-Charles Covarel, the Cala residence is in the Le Legettaz neighbourhood of Val d’Isere. Cala Slopeside, spread over 200m2 of floorspace, delivers an airy and calm ambiance with natural wood floors and walls paired perfectly with white ceilings. Grey granite bathrooms with black fixtures and fittings bring elegance to each of the bedrooms.
Once back from your day’s skiing, you descend a few granite outdoor stairs from the piste and arrive at the entrance. The living and dining space blends seamlessly into a reading area and living room. On this floor you will find three large en-suite bedrooms, a small sauna and an outdoor spa therapy hot tub.
Taking the stairs up to the upper floor, there is a show stopping master suite with double height ceilings and an open plan roll top bath, adjacent is a smaller bedroom and bathroom. The property also has a ski room with boot warmers, along with 1 covered car parking space.
From the Cala residence, it is around a 12-minute walk to the lively centre of Val d’Isere. With the apartment offered on a bed & breakfast basis, it offers flexibility in the evenings to explore the numerous and varied restaurants in the village.
Cala Slopeside is available to rent on a bed & breakfast basis with the addition of a host who will prepare and make breakfast for you and do the housekeeping on five days. It is also possible to add a chef for 3 nights with an additional charge.
