Chalet Etoile des Neiges is a renovated luxury ski chalet in Meribel. Tucked away in the famed chalet district of Mussillon, a large south facing terrace delivers great views across the valley. Sleeping 12-14 people in six bedrooms, the chalet offers flexible rooming for a large family gathering or group of friends looking to ski holiday together.
The chalet is arranged across five floors and 284m2 of floor area. The heart of the chalet, with its open plan living spaces, is spread across the middle floor of the chalet. This convivial room features a lounge area with large sofas and a fireplace, plus adjacent dining area and kitchen. The space is filled with natural light from the large windows and panoramic views of the mountains and ski slopes.
The chalets six bedrooms are spread between three floors. On the first floor are four bedrooms all with en-suite showers, and two with en-suite toilets. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, one can be arranged with a double or twin beds, and there is also a dormitory room with four single beds. There is also a separate toilet on this floor and one on the floor above.
At the top of the chalet are two further bedrooms. On the third floor is the very spacious master bedroom with a beautiful high ceiling and separate bathroom with bathtub and shower, plus a toilet. On the top floor is a family bedroom with a double or twin beds and an additional single sofa bed, along with an en-suite with shower and toilet.
The chalet is also equipped with private wellness facilities with an outdoor hot tub and a sauna. If driving to Meribel, covered car parking is available in the chalet on the ground floor. There is also a ski room with heated boot warmers.
You can access the ski slopes by using the free resort ski bus service that stops just a few minutes walk away from the chalet. The ski bus service will take you to the main lift hub, La Chaudanne, where all the ski school meeting points are also located. From the Chaudanne there are ski lifts that can connect you over to the ski slopes of Courchevel, as well as heading towards the Belleville Valley resorts of Val Thorens and St Martin de Belleville.
If booking the chalet on self-catered basis it is well located with a large, well-stocked supermarket a 6-minute walk away. The bustling resort centre with numerous restaurants and bars are also only a 10-minute walk away.
When booking on a catered basis, access to an in-resort driver service is included.
