Chalet La Paus’Altitude is perfectly located in the prestigious Chenus area of Courchevel 1850. This brand-new architect-designed chalet, opening in December 2025, enjoys a rare ski in ski-out location in a peaceful setting with breathtaking mountain views. Just a few minutes from the centre of 1850, it offers the ideal balance of privacy, easy access, and luxurious comfort.
Spread over seven levels and 1,000m2 of floor area, and serviced by an elevator, the chalet can accommodate up to 14 guests in six en-suite bedrooms. A magnificent master suite, four double bedrooms, and a children’s bedroom with two bunk beds offer the utmost in comfort. The bedrooms are spread between three floors, with the master tucked away on its own on the top floor.
Inside, the chalet showcases a harmonious and contemporary design complemented with clean lines and large windows that enhance the natural light and volume. The interior blends the finest of materials such as solid wood, natural stone, and luxurious fabrics in a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The main open plan living and dining space features a central fireplace and stunning views and opens onto a large terrace.
In terms of facilities, the chalet stands out as one of the finest in the Alps with an almost endless array of options for relaxation and fun. The exceptional wellness area is equipped with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, sensory shower, sound bath, fitness room, and massage room offering a unique haven of relaxation.
For convivial moments with friends and family, enjoy a blockbuster movie in the cinema room, entertain and dance the night away in the private night-club, or delight in a tasting journey in the wine cellar.
A private garage is available for any guests driving to resort.
In the mornings it is easy to be first on the mountain with the ski room offering direct access to the ski slopes. From the chalet it is just a short ski down to the main La Croisette lift hub in the centre of the resort, and from where you have a choice of 3 gondolas up the mountain, as well as the ski school meeting points.
Alternatively, you can ski down to the Plantrey chairlift if you prefer not having to take your skis off to access one of the gondolas. To return to the chalet, access is either via the red Petit Dou or green Traversée pistes, and there is always the option for the chauffeur to pick you up directly from your favourite Courchevel 1850 après ski venue. The centre of 1850 is just 600m away from the chalet.
Chalet La Paus’Altitude is available to rent on a fully staffed basis including in-resort chauffeur service. Menus can be agreed with the chef, with the food and drink costs additional, and charged at the end of your stay.
