21 @ The View is a stunning ski in ski out penthouse apartment in Chatel. Once you step inside the property it feels more like a chalet and with 175m2 of living space it is easy to see why. Arranged over two floors, the interior has been created by the award-winning designer Marie-Noelle Swiderski. With three balconies, one featuring a private hot tub, you can continue to enjoy the great views over the ski slopes once the après ski has finished.
The property sleeps up to 8 adults and 6 children in five beautiful bedrooms. All the rooms are decorated with a true alpine ambiance with feature wooden walls, stag prints, luxurious soft furnishings and perfect lighting. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor, including a quad bunk room perfect for children. On the top floor is the “Grenier” room with twin bed and double sofa bed.
The top floor is also home to the magnificent open plan living space with vaulted ceilings and stylish décor. Decorated with bright colours and comfy sofas all complemented by modern chandeliers, natural stone, reclaimed wood and floor to ceiling windows. For some traditional mountain ambiance, the glass fronted fireplace is the focal point of the living room and the perfect place to sit and relax with friends and family.
Rented on a self-catered basis the open plan kitchen features all you need including an induction hob, two dishwashers and American style fridge freezer. The dining space is stylish and the perfect place to enjoy a meal with family and friends, all accompanied by a tune on the grand piano if there is a player amongst your group!
For entertainment the living area is decked out with a Sonos music system and there is even a separate TV room with 65-inch TV and extensive DVD collection, and which works perfectly as a separate lounge for children.
Skiing from The View could not be easier as the property backs onto the Super Chatel ski slopes and makes it one of the few ski in ski out properties in the resort. From here it is only a short ski to the Super Chatel bubble lift and then you are free to explore the extensive Portes du Soleil ski area.
21 @ The View is available to rent on a self-catered basis. It is also possible to arrange different catered packages, as well as in-resort taxis, with an additional charge.
