Chalet Nidaya is a traditional luxury chalet ideally located just a few minutes walk from the famous ski slope “La Verte” in Les Houches. For those who love their mountain views, it offers panoramic views of the Aiguilles de Chamonix and Mont Blanc. Arranged over 3 floors and 298m2 of living space it can comfortably accommodate 10-12 people. It is an excellent value choice for a winter or summer chalet holiday in the Chamonix valley.
Entering the chalet on the ground floor and there is a relaxation area with sauna, office or optional 6th bedroom, ski room, utility room and garage access. Up one floor and you will discover the large open plan living rooms with wood fireplace, a dining area and large bay windows overlooking the garden and sunken hot tub.
The open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar, making it an ideal sociable area to entertain guests and perfect for a pre-dinner aperitif. The living room opens onto a covered terrace affording direct access to a large and enclosed garden, hot tub with ozone filtration system and new from summer 2021, a sunken swim spa. A separate cinema lounge and library corner complete the living spaces on this floor.
The chalet has 5/6 bedrooms with the master suite on the middle floor with its private log fire, en-suite with bath and shower, plus balcony access to the terrace. On the top floor there are two double and two twin bedrooms, all with a balcony and mountain views. The sixth bedroom on the ground floor can be used as both an office or bunk room.
Chalet Nidaya is a perfect chalet for a family holiday, or the flexible rooming also makes if equally great for a group of friends. For larger groups, why not combine Chalet Nidaya with nearby Chalet Castor (sleeps 10) and all just short stroll away from the ski slopes.
