Chalet La Chapelle is a ski in ski out chalet in Alpe d’Huez. Built around an atmospheric cobbled courtyard at an altitude of 2,000m, the chalet is surrounded on two sides by the ski slopes. This highly desirable location provides views over the nursery slopes, ski lifts and extensive pistes of this high-altitude ski resort. There are shops, bars and restaurants within a 100m walk, whilst the resort centre is just a 10 minute walk away.
La Chapelle is a traditional chalet arranged over four floors and with seven charming en-suite bedrooms sleeps up to 14 guests. There are five twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms and all feature balconies. The open plan living and dining room are arranged on the first floor with the living room featuring large sofas and a wood burning fireplace. Plentiful wood panelling helps to create a cosy winter ambiance.
On the ground floor is a wet suite with hot tub & sauna so you can unwind and rejuvenate in relaxing comfort on your return from the ski slopes. For those driving to resort there is underground car parking available, and the chalet has a ski room. Alpe d’Huez is known locally as the Ile de Soleil, Island of Sunshine, and it’s a perfect resort for all skiing and snowboarding abilities.
The chalet is available on a self-catered basis, but it is also possible to add in a contactless catered package. If booked on a contactless catered package the supplies you’ll need for breakfast every morning, afternoon snacks, pre-dinner nibbles and dinner for six evenings are provided in your chalet for you to cook and enjoy at a time of your choosing.
