Villa Villekulla in St Anton, completed for the 2019/20 winter ski season, is set to rival some of the most luxurious chalets in this world class Austrian ski resort. Sleeping up to 12 people in six elegant bedrooms and boasting mountain views, this contemporary ski-in chalet is the perfect solution for several families or a group of friends looking for ski convenience.
The main ski slope leading into St. Anton, dotted with some of the resort’s most famous restaurants and bars, is only a few minutes from the chalet. Advanced skiers can ski-in to within 150 metres of the chalet and to ski-out it is only a short walk to the piste.
The chalet is arranged over three floors with the top floor dedicated to a modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This is a wonderful space for all your group to enjoy together. During the day, the room is full of natural light spilling through floor to ceiling windows and by night, a contemporary open wood fireplace creates a more cosy Alpine ambiance. The large dining table seats up to 12 people.
Fantastic views flood in through the French windows that lead out to a south facing balcony. To the other side doors open onto an extensive terrace which receives the morning sunshine. Relax on the outdoor furniture with a morning coffee and plan your day’s skiing as you look towards the resort. The living area is also equipped with a Smart TV.
Take the stairs down one flight and you will find yourself on the main sleeping floor of the chalet.
The first bedroom is a double or twin with an en-suite shower room and it has access to the spacious south-facing terrace, which it shares with the master en-suite adjacent. On the terrace you will find 2 warm baths, seating two people each, the ideal spot to revive tired limbs.
The master bedroom has a wonderfully spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as desk and chair, providing a tranquil space in which to relax or work. The floor is complete with a further two double or twin bedrooms which share a separate shower room and a separate toilet. One of these bedrooms also enjoys its own balcony.
The final two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One of these is a bunk room, which sleeps two people in adult-sized bunks and has its own en-suite shower room. Next door to this room is a spacious double or twin room which also features an en-suite shower room.
The ground floor is completed with a professional kitchen. There is a ski room with boot warmers, an additional room for storage, a guest WC and a wonderful sauna where tired muscles can be recuperated after skiing.
