Fabiola Penthouse is one of four beautiful apartments within Chalet Fabiola, a modern chalet in the world-famous ski resort of St Anton. The chalet provides desirable access to the huge Arlberg ski area just a 2-minute walk away. This setting makes it one of the best located properties in St Anton for keen skiers. The penthouse is arranged across the whole of the top floor and offers 260m2 of living space. The interior is the perfect blend of contemporary design married with an authentic Austria chalet style. The generous double height living space at the heart of the floor offers a well-equipped open-plan kitchen that overlooks the large dining table. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa and armchairs so there is plentiful space to unwind after dinner.

Sleeping 10-12 people there are five en-suite bedrooms. There are three double bedrooms as well as two bunk-bed bedrooms which also both feature a single pull-out bed. All the bedrooms feature flat screen TVs, safes, and hairdryers. Two spacious terraces mean you can make the most of the sun at any time of day.

This property can be rented on either a self-catered, bed & breakfast or a catered basis where your chef will treat you with daily breakfast and afternoon teas, as well as dinner on 5 evenings. You can also enjoy access to the chalet’s communal wellness area with a large sauna, massage room, and gym with state-of-the-art fitness equipment. There is a large ski room available to store your equipment, along with boot warmers.

The location is perfect for those who love to be first on the ski slopes as you are located just below the Zammermoos piste. The slopes are just a short walk away, and you can then ski down to the Galzigbahn, the main lift hub and the centre of St Anton. For those who have also come to St Anton to enjoy the famed après ski, the Krazy Kanguruh and MooserWirt are close by.

The resort centre is a 25-30-minute walk away, and for any non-skiers there is also an efficient resort ski bus service that runs throughout the winter season. Alternatively, the concierge team at the chalet can arrange taxis at an additional cost. For those driving to resort there are 2 underground and 2 outdoor car parking spaces.
