Chalet Marmot Neve in St Anton will open its doors for the first time for the 2021/22 winter ski season. Located in the exclusive area of Nasserein, the chalet offers direct ski in ski out access to the ski slopes. The Nasserein gondola is only 150m away, and the centre of St Anton a pleasant and easy 10 minute walk away.
The chalet is made up of three private apartments which all have their own entrance, along with elevator access. In the basement of the chalet there is garage car parking available for those driving to resort, as well as a shared wellness area with sauna, and a ski room.
Apartment 1 is arranged across the entire ground floor and can accommodate 10-12 people in five en-suite bedrooms. Apartments 2 and 3 are duplex properties arranged across the top two floors of the chalet, and can both accommodate 8 people in four en-suite bedrooms.
Each apartment features an open plan living space with lounge area, dining table and kitchen, as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartments are available on a bed and breakfast basis with continental breakfast and afternoon tea cake provided directly in your apartment, along with daily housekeeping.
