A unique and enchanting chalet, originally built in 1597, it has been lovingly refurbished throughout, with many of the original features thoughtfully retained by the properties owner. The sumptuous fabrics and furniture have been mixed with antique pieces to create a chic, but charming Alpine retreat.

The chalet is set out over three floors, sleeping a total of 12 guests in five spacious en-suite bedrooms. The first master suite boasts its own large drawing / study room and en-suite bathroom with freestanding roll-top bath. Outside, the perfectly situated terrace makes the most of the breathtaking views and enjoys the sun all day long.

Savour an aperitif in the striking atmosphere of the chalet’s traditional stone cave and wine cellar in anticipation of dinner in the impressive dining room with feature fireplace. Afterwards, retire to the cosy living area or perhaps take in a movie in the cinema room.

The chalet also boasts a spa area with a bio sauna and a relaxation area where you can unwind with a massage while watching the sunset over the stunning mountain scape of Lech.

You enter chalet 1597 on the ground floor either directly into the living room or into the winter wet room with heated ski boot rack. The comfy living room, with deep sofas also features a Tyrolean Stube, a traditional heating oven famed in the local region. The stylish cinema room, which is perfect for entertaining the children, is accessed from the living room, as too is the spacious dining room, which is catered from the separate, well-equipped kitchen.

The chalet’s dedicated spa area with bio sauna glass relaxation area and a large double/twin bedroom, with dressing area and en-suite bathroom, is also located on the ground floor.
