The Brunnenhof Penthouse apartment is located on the top floor and can accommodate 8+2 guests in four en-suite bedrooms. Arranged over a very spacious 214m2 of living space, the beautiful open plan living area has double height ceilings and is decorated with warm tones and atmospheric lighting. The fireplace creates a cosy ambiance, especially on snowy winter nights.
The living area has two large comfortable sofas and floor to ceiling windows through which you can access the balcony where you can enjoy views over the mountains and surrounding valley. The dining table seats ten guests comfortably and the modern kitchen is well-equipped and has a small breakfast bar. There is also a separate TV room located behind the open plan living area, where you can enjoy a movie.
All the four bedrooms are finished to the same high standard and provide a haven for a peaceful night’s sleep. There are three double bedrooms, two of which have amazing skylight windows above the bed, where you can gaze at the stars or the falling snow. The fourth bedroom is perfect for a young family, with a double bed and built-in bunk beds.
To access the skiing of this snow-sure ski area, the Schlosskopf chairlift is just a 6 minute walk away. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste. The centre of Lech, along with its glamourous social and restaurant scene, is also just a 10 minute walk from the residence.
