The Brunnenhof 11 apartment is located on the third floor and can accommodate 8-10 guests in four bedrooms. Arranged over 176m2 of living space, the well-designed layout offers plenty of options for relaxation, dining and entertainment. The contemporary decoration also plays homage to the local, traditional Alpine style to create a thoroughly enchanting mountain home.
At the centre of the property is the open plan living, dining and kitchen all set around the central feature fireplace. The sitting area has plenty of comfy seating and a large TV for enjoying a movie. The adjoining wooden alcove is a cosy spot for a game of cards or maybe a separate children’s dining area. The well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens out onto the dining room with large table seating 10.
The four guest bedrooms all feature en-suite bath or shower facilities and are decorated in neutral, calm tones. The first bedroom is a double with en-suite bath and separate shower. The next two bedrooms are doubles with en-suite shower rooms. The final bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of adult-sized built-in wooden bunkbeds, sleeping up to four people, along with an en-suite bath and separate shower. All four bedrooms have access to a balcony.
To access the skiing of this snow-sure ski area, the Schlosskopf chairlift is just a 6 minute walk away. The centre of Lech, along with its glamorous social and restaurant scene, is also just a 10 minute walk from the residence.
