Falcon Lodge is a high-end chalet and apartment residence in Meribel, located in the Morel area of the resort. The B20 apartment is one of the standout properties in the residence, with a spacious living area and a mix of bedrooms for adults and children. The residence also features a spa and wellness area with swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms, which all guests can use.
The duplex apartment B20, located on the lower part of the Falcon resort (2nd and 3rd floors of chalet B), is one of the most spacious properties in the residence. Boasting a floor area of 264m2, the apartment can accommodate 8-14 guests in four bedrooms and two bunk rooms. Entering the property into the upper level you turn right and arrive at the impressive living spaces.
The wonderful open plan living and dining room is framed by the vaulted timber roof and large picture windows. Deep sofas and armchairs invite you to relax at the end of the day whilst the gas fireplace adds to the cosiness. There is a flat screen TV if you prefer to unwind with a movie, and outside a wide balcony provides views across the resort.
Behind the sitting area is the dining table with an adjoining small breakfast bar which is a great space for any early children’s dinners. The kitchen is adjacent to this space, tucked away but still open so that you feel a part of the action. Stepping outside via the sliding doors adjacent to the dining area and you can access a terrace where you will find your private outdoor hot tub.
The four double bedrooms are also arranged on this level, and all are equipped with modern en-suite shower rooms. The remaining two bedrooms are bunk rooms and are tucked away on the lower level. One sleeps two and the other sleeps four (please note these two rooms do not have windows), and these bunk rooms share a separate shower room on this level.
Also on the lower floor of the apartment is a separate sauna and steam room, as well as a fitness room. The apartment’s wellness facilities also make this a great property for any groups with non-skiers, or those not wanting to ski all day.
Guests staying in the apartment also have access to the shared Falcon Lodge spa and wellness area equipped with a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms (spa treatment additional cost). There is also a private ski rental shop located in the residence, so it is nice and easy to be fitted out with all your ski gear on your arrival.
The Morel chairlift and bottom of blue Hulotte piste is a 200m walk away. Taking the Morel chairlift into the ski area means you do not need to head down to the main Chuadanne lift hub in the resort centre. Should you require ski school, then the meeting points for all the ski schools are located at the Chaudanne, where you also have a choice of ski lifts depending on where you want to ski in the 3 Valleys each day.
It is an easy 10-minute downhill walk into the centre of Meribel. The traditional resort of Meribel sits at the centre of the 3 Valleys ski area, the largest linked ski area in the world, and offers extensive skiing for all levels. The resort also has a wide selection of restaurants to enjoy in the evenings, as well as a lively après ski scene.
Falcon Lodge Apartment B20 can be rented on either a self-catered “Tradition Pack” basis, or on a bed & breakfast “Premium Pack” basis. The bed & breakfast option includes daily continental breakfast delivered to your property, daily cleaning, and a shuttle service in Meribel Centre from Sunday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00.
