Bergerie 203 is a self-catering apartment in Val d’Isere located within the Les Chardons residence. Situated in the hamlet of La Legettaz, it’s close to the centre of Val d’Isère, yet still enjoys the peace and quiet of the resort’s legendary peaks. The Bellevarde / Solaise snow front is just a short distance away, thanks to the Santons piste.

The apartment offers a refined and elegant setting, that sit perfectly in their alpine surroundings. Stepping inside, you are greeted by a warm and soothing property, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Generous volumes, beautiful timber, and high-quality finishes all combine to create a beautiful mountain retreat, perfect for unwinding in after a day’s skiing.

Spread across two floors and 184m2 of floor area, there are four bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests. The ground floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, ensuring peace and privacy for all. The three double and one twin/double bedroom each have their own en-suite bathroom or shower room. Every bedroom also benefits from direct balcony access, allowing you to enjoy the fresh mountain air each morning and enjoy views of the surrounding alpine peaks.

Upstairs, the spectacular living area opens onto an equally stunning mountain panorama. This open plan space, sitting underneath the dramatic wood roof, is bathed in natural light. The lounge is enhanced by the wood-burning fireplace and is ideal for sharing relaxed and cosy moments by the fire after a day in the mountains.

The dining area and the adjacent and fully equipped kitchen offer a welcoming and functional space, perfect for convivial meals and entertaining evenings together. The terrace, a natural extension of the living space, offers panoramic mountain views and is a privileged spot for your morning coffee, or to admire the sunset with an aperitif.

The quickest way to reach the Santons piste is via a 50m off-piste path at the back of the Résidence des Chardons. Otherwise, a 250m walk will bring you onto the ski slope that heads down to the main snow front. The “Blue” ski bus route also connects the area of Legettaz with the Rond-Point des Pistes where the main snow front, ski lifts, and ski school meeting points are located.

At the Rond-Point des Pistes there are a handful of shops and bar / restaurants, and from here it is a short walk to the resort centre where there is an abundance of amenities.

Bergerie 203 is available to rent on a self-catered basis.
