Sasha Apartment 4 is a spacious mountain retreat in Courchevel 1850 with a wonderful location for quick access to the ski slopes. Located in a prime spot across the road from the Jardin Alpin piste that descends gently to the centre of the resort and La Croisette lift hub. The Jardin Alpin gondola mid station is also opposite, and which can be used to either access higher slopes or the centre of the resort.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and there is an elevator to make your arrival nice and easy. Accommodating 12 guests across six bedrooms, one bedroom is located externally in the newly built annex. Five bedrooms are housed in the main apartment where the sleeping quarters have been thoughtfully divided into two sections that are accessed from the communal living spaces.
The elegant living room is filled with natural light that floods in through the full height picture windows. In the living area, an expansive L-shaped sofa invites you to relax and admire the view, while an equally plush seating faces onto the fireplace and large screen TV. For entertainment, the apartment features not just one but two TV rooms, along with plenty of cosy nooks where you can unwind after a day exploring the slopes of Courchevel and the 3 Valleys ski area.
The dining table comfortably seats 10 and provides the ideal setting for relaxed breakfasts or more sumptuous evening dining with friends and family. The sleek kitchen features grey wrap-around countertops and wood furnishings and is fully equipped for home cooking.
The bedrooms are bright and modern, with each featuring its own colour palette, wood finishes, and plush grey carpeted floors. Contemporary white marble bathrooms add a further touch of sophistication to your sleeping quarters. On one side of the apartment there is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, as well as two twin bedrooms that share an en-suite shower room.
On the other side, a guest shower room leads the way to the spacious master bedroom equipped with plentiful storage, an en-suite shower room boasting twin sinks, and large floor-to-ceiling windows. Down the hallway is the final bedroom with a generously sized double bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, and an en-suite shower room and twin sinks.
For the 2025/26 winter season a separate annex will be added that is reached by an exterior, uncovered path. In the annex you will find a beautiful private spa with indoor hot tub, hammam, sauna, gym and massage room.
The annex is home to the sixth bedroom, a double with en-suite bathroom. In the annex there is also a staff bedroom, that is not for guest use and may have a member of staff in residence.
Guests also enjoy access to a shared hammam, which is shared between the other apartments in the building. Please note that Sasha Apartment 4 has a shared ski room, with ski lockers, but no boot warmers.
The apartment could not be better located to access the ski slopes. Across the road is the green Jardin Alpin piste, a charming treelined slope that meanders all the way down to the centre of Courchevel 1850 and the ski school meeting points. In the mornings you can choose to ski down or take the Jardin Alpin gondola up one stop and then head off into the ski area without the need to head to the main lift hub.
You can also use the Jardin Alpin gondola to access the centre of Courchevel 1850 on foot, and the lift runs until the early evening. The apartment is located on the ski bus route, and taxis are also available if you prefer.
Sasha Apartment 4 is available to rent on both a self-catered and bed & breakfast basis.
