The chalet is arranged across three floors and 195m2 of floor area. Sleeping 6+4 guests in four en-suite bedrooms, the layout is ideal for a couple of families looking to holiday together. The entrance to the property is on the lowest floor where you have a hallway with ski rack, along with boot dryers and storage conveniently tucked away under the stairs.
Taking the stairs up to the middle floor and this level is given over to the stunning living spaces. The lounge features high ceilings, a fireplace, comfy seating and panoramic views across the valley best enjoyed from the wide balcony. To the rear of this space is the open kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining table seating 10. There is also a guest toilet on this level.
Upstairs on the top floor are three bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. There are two double bedrooms along with a children’s room featuring bunk beds and 2 fold away single beds that can accommodate up to four in total. The final bedroom is on the entrance level and has a fold down double bed, that when stowed in the wall converts to an office space with table. This room has a private shower room.
Also on the entrance floor is your private wellness area with a sauna, steam shower cabin, whirlpool bath and seating area with Smart TV. This is a wonderful space and facility to enjoy once back from your day exploring the mountains.
The property also has a washing machine and tumble dryer, along with 2 covered car parking spaces if you prefer to self-drive to Courchevel.
From the Alpamayor residence it is just a few minutes’ walk to the Grangettes gondola which links Courchevel 1550 to the main Croisette lift hub in the centre of Courchevel 1850. This also lets you choose between using the ski schools in either resort if needed. The gondola also provides a quick and easy way to access all that Courchevel 1850 has to offer away from the ski slopes too.
