Chalet Lady Mijane is a beautiful, self-catered chalet in Meribel Village. This superb chalet perfectly blends traditional design with modern amenities to create the perfect alpine home for your ski holiday. Located in charming Meribel Village, the Golf chairlift and bottom of the blue slope “Lapin” are only a 200m walk away, making this a great choice for skiers who love to maximise their time on the slopes.
The chalet is arranged over four floors and a spacious 400m2 of floor area. The open plan living spaces are on the first floor, with the dramatic lounge area featuring double height vaulted ceilings and a designer sofa and armchairs. A double-sided fireplace also provides warmth to a separate TV lounge area, so there is plenty of room for everyone to be together in the evenings.
Behind the lounge area is the dining table seating 12, which sits beneath a lower wood panelled ceiling that creates a more intimate setting for evening dinner parties. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens out onto both the dining and lounge areas to add to the very convivial ambiance. There is also a glass fronted office for any guests who need to check in with work even whilst away on holiday.
Sleeping up to 12 guests, there are six bedrooms all with either en-suite or separate bathroom facilities. On the first floor is the master suite, as well as two double bedrooms. On the second floor there are a further two double bedrooms, as well as a bunk room sleeping two children. The bunk room also has a further pull-out bed for a third child if required. Four of the bedrooms can also be set up with twin beds.
On the lowest level of the chalet are the spa facilities with a large wellness area with indoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, and relaxation area. There is also a fitness room with large TV perfect for yoga sessions or a post ski stretch. The chalet also features a playroom for children, south-facing terrace, large ski room with heated boot warmers, laundry room, as well as a car parking space for those driving to Meribel.
In the morning it is an easy walk down to the Golf chairlift which whisks you quickly into the Meribel ski area. From here you can decide to continue up the mountain and over to Courchevel, or ski down to Meribel Centre. There are 2 restaurants, an après ski bar, ski rental shop, bakery, and small supermarket in Meribel Village, and the free ski bus stop to Meribel Centre is also only 150m away.
