Aspen House is a new residence in the heart of Val d’Isere, completed for the 2019/20 winter ski season. The building is home to 8 suites sleeping from 4 to 10 people and provide a wonderful home for a week’s ski holiday. The modern apartments are decorated in a classical style creating a wonderful mountain retreat.
No 4 Aspen House offers the perfect holiday home for 6-8 guests with the benefit of a central Val d’Isere location. The open plan living and dining area, complete with cutting edge dancing fire and squashy sofas provides the perfect space to relax after a day on the mountain. This is the perfect space for families or a group of friends wishing to share a private chalet.
There are three bedrooms, one of which has additional bunk beds. Two bedrooms feature a balcony and all have their own en-suite bath or shower rooms. All the rooms can be arranged with either double or twin beds, affording great flexibility for different groups.
Aspen House has a shared spa on the ground floor with hammam, sauna and a rather grand tiled Jacuzzi, more Turkish bath than hot tub. For your ski equipment there is a ski room with individual ski locker and boot warmers, and there is 1 private car parking space available on request.
The location could not be better as you are tucked away between the chapel and the church in the very historic centre of old Val d’Isere. From here you are only 100m from the Tourist Office and High Street and only 150m from the ski slopes.
