Chalet Choucas Noir is perfectly located in the centre of Val d’Isere. Step out of your front door and straight into the heart of the resort, with all the shops, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. The main ski slopes and ski lifts are just 250m away, meaning the slopes are also just a stone’s throw away to the most amazing skiing area in France.
The chalet is on the second floor of the building and is thoughtfully designed to be both spacious and intimate. As you enter there is a large open chimney that divides the open plan living and dining area. The open fire can be seen from the dining area and lounge which creates a cosy warm atmosphere after a long day on the slope. The bespoke furniture and local materials that have been used creates a beautiful space that is great to socialise and relax in.
There are many areas to the chalet so you can be on your own or with others to enjoy a movie in the snug TV room, reading a book quietly, playing a game of pool while enjoying the amazing scenery or having a relaxing massage in the private massage room. The chalet is equipped with mood lighting and an extensive technical music system.
The living area comprises voluminous white sofas and designer chairs which provide a luxury mountain feel. There are also cow hide arm chairs by the fire for late night relaxing or reading.The large dining table with comfortable benches stretching both sides happily seats 12. Next to the dining table is an open fire, TV shut away and great windows that look over the mountains.
The kitchen is large, and very well equipped with double gaggenau oven, microwave, two dishwashers, coffee maker and toaster, plus a large fridge and freezer.
This chalet apartment sleeps 12 people in 6 en-suite bedrooms, with the possibility of a 13thguest in the bunk room. Three of the bedrooms can be arranged with either twin or double bed, giving great flexibility for large groups or 2 or 3 families.
