Chalet CIUK, built in 2020, is one of four chalets built in the hamlet of La Stelvio, just a few steps away from the centre of Courchevel 1550, now also known as Courchevel Village. The bottom of the ski slopes and Grangettes gondola, which links you directly to the centre of Courchevel 1850, are all within a 200m walk. It is easy to enjoy all that both 1550 and 1850 offer without needing to take a ski bus.
The chalet is built over five floors, 320m2 of living space and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The open plan living rooms are spread over the entire second floor. The sitting room faces a large screen TV on one side and a fireplace on the other side. A cosy reading snug faces out onto the mountains and is adjacent to the dining table which opens onto the kitchen. This is a wonderfully convivial space for the group to enjoy together in the evenings.
The first of five en-suite bedrooms is located on the top floor and is the master suite tucked away for complete privacy. The remaining four twin/double bedrooms are arranged on the first and ground floors. Heading down to the lowest floor and here you will discover your private wellness area with indoor swimming pool, sauna, Italian style shower and relaxation area.
For those driving to resort there is a garage with space for one car. The chalet is completed with a ski room with boot warmers and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Chalet CIUK is available on a bed & breakfast basis with a housekeeper to prepare daily breakfasts and provide daily housekeeping. Food and drink costs are additional for the breakfast provisions.
