Chalet Angelus 1 is a luxury ski chalet in Val d’Isere. Located in one of the most sought-after areas of the resort, The Vieux Village, you are surrounded by the authentic charm of this world class ski resort. Though tucked away, it also means you are only a flat walk to the resort centre and ski lifts and also only 200m from the ski slopes.
The chalet is arranged over four floors and 264m2 of living space. Built in a traditional style with a stone exterior and interior full of wood panelling and essential wood burning fireplace.
The open plan living and dining room as well the well-equipped kitchen are located on the first floor with the sitting room benefitting from a double height ceiling. The large picture windows provide views over the old village as well as the Solaise and Bellevarde mountains.
Sleeping 10-14 there are 6 en-suite bedrooms arranged between the lower ground, ground and second floors. The master suite along with 1 double, three twin or double bedrooms, and a children’s bunk room give great flexibility for different groups or several families. The wellness area on the lower ground floor is one of the highlights of the chalet and features an indoor swimming pool and hammam.
The chalet has a car parking space for those self-driving to resort, an elevator and ski boot warmers to ensure your feet are nice and warm at the start of your day’s skiing.
The centre of Val d’Isere and tourist office is an easy and flat 4-5 minute walk away, and there are many excellent restaurants to enjoy if you choose not to cook in the chalet. The ski slopes are just a few minute’s walk away and the nearest ski lifts and ski school meeting points are all within 400m.
Chalet Angelus 1 is available to rent on a bed & breakfast basis with a daily continental breakfast basket delivery and daily housekeeping. It is also possible to arrange for a cooked breakfast and evening chef service with an additional charge.
