Chalet Apassion is a luxury catered chalet with a great location to enjoy the wonderful ski slopes of Samoens and the Grand Massif ski domain. Located half way between the two main ski lifts in the medieval village of Samoëns, access into this large ski area is quick and easy. The chalet is a great choice for those looking for a great value luxury ski chalet holiday.
The chalet offers five spacious double bedrooms, each individually styled with an en-suite as well as private access to either a balcony or terrace. All rooms can be tailored as doubles or twins and one of the rooms can accommodate an additional single bed, meaning the chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people.
On the ground floor there is a double en-suite bedroom with French doors leading onto the lower terrace, and a large sauna with shower and WC. The expansive lower terrace houses a 6 man cedar hot tub, garden table and chairs and sun loungers for total relaxation. In the summer, take advantage of the balcony or terrace to enjoy an aperitif or savour your meals ‘al fresco’.
The middle floor is dominated by the expansive open plan lounge and dining room that together span the entire rear of the chalet, affording panoramic views across the Giffre valley to the Criou and the village of Samoëns. In the winter, snuggle up in front of the log fire or in the summer months take a seat on the main balcony and watch the sun go down behind the mountains.
In addition, this floor houses an individually styled double en-suite bedroom which has direct access to the main balcony. Being on the entrance level of the chalet this room is accessible without the need for negotiating any stairs. The middle floor also houses the ski and boot room, conveniently located near the chalet entrance offering a place to dry your clothes and ski boots.
The top floor is home to the remaining three spacious and elegantly decorated bedrooms each with a stylish en-suite and access to one of the balconies affording beautiful views of the surrounding area. The second lounge is on this floor and can be used as a TV room for the children or a place of tranquillity to get away from it all. The lounge also has access to a balcony with stunning views across the Giffre valley.
Chalet Apassion is available on a fully catered chalet basis during the winter ski season and on a Bed & Breakfast basis throughout the rest of the year. The chalet is available on a sole occupancy basis on peak weeks and also a room by room basis on off peak weeks – please enquire for further details. In the winter, an in-resort shuttle service is provided to take guests to the lifts in Samoëns in the morning and collect you at the end of the day.
