Village de L’Oree 104 is a modern apartment in Meribel located on the first floor of the exclusive Village de L’Oree residence. Located in the Meribel Rond-Point area of the resort, you can benefit from ski in ski out access just 60m away. This apartment offers a total of 102m2 of living space and is a great option for those who enjoy quick and easy access on to the ski slopes of the 3 Valleys.

The open plan living spaces feature large picture windows on one side that lead out onto a wide west facing balcony where you can enjoy views over the ski slopes. The lounge area has a fireplace, large comfy sofa plus an equally large TV. The dining table comfortably seats nine whilst the adjoining well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar with further seating for three.

Sleeping up to 6 adults and 4 children, there are 3 double bedrooms as well as a children’s dormitory room with 2 sets of bunk beds. One of the bedrooms has en-suite facilities whilst the remaining 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms.

At the Rond Point des Pistes area there is an ESF meeting point for the children’s “Piou-Piou” club for 3 and 4 year olds. There is also ESF ski school available from this location on peak weeks only. Throughout the ski season, the ESF as well as all other ski schools, have meeting points at the main snow front at the Chaudanne in resort centre which is accessible by the resort bus service.

The apartment is available on a self-catered basis, and there are restaurants, ski rental shops as well as a small supermarket all within 400m. It is easy to access the buzzing resort centre of Meribel using the free resort bus service that stops 60m away.

For those driving to resort the apartment comes with 2 covered car parking spaces.
