Built in 2023, the residence has a prime location with all the resort amenities within easy walking distance. You will also benefit from ski in ski out setting onto the blue Tovets ski slope, plus enjoy access to the extensive residence spa with indoor swimming pool and luxurious facilities.
The Sirio is a duplex apartment of 174m2 located on the 4th floor of the residence. The interior mixes contemporary design alongside the use of neutral colours and the typical Alpine materials of wood and stone. On the upper level is the open plan living room where large windows, light wood panelling and white walls give a lovely feeling of space filled with natural light.
A large stone feature wall provides a focal point for the lounge area with a grand chimney, fireplace and television. The large dining table located in the centre of the room easily seats eight, with the sleek kitchen adjacent. This is a very convivial space for all of the group to enjoy together. Outside a wide balcony offers views over the ski slopes, resort centre, and snow-covered mountains.
Sleeping up to 8 guests there are four bedrooms with en-suite facilities. On the lower level are three double or twin bedrooms which all feature en-suite shower rooms and balcony access. Two of the bedrooms share a toilet in the hallway. The final bedroom is tucked away on the upper level and features a double bed, balcony and private shower room and toilet.
The crowning glory of the residence is stunning spa which is spread across two floors. On the larger lower level is an abundance of facilities with an indoor swimming pool with hot tub area, 2 massage rooms, gym and fitness room, sensory showers, relaxation area with seating along with a tea lounge, and changing rooms.
Step outside onto the large terrace planted with fir trees and enjoy the warmth of the barrel sauna or sink into the waters of the Nordic bath. Head upstairs and you will pass the enchanted forest area with indoor fir trees with fairy lights. Here you will find a further shower, along with a relaxation area with day beds, plus a further relaxation area suspended above the swimming pool.
The residence also has its own ski shop where you can rent your ski equipment, and there is also a ski locker to store your equipment in each night. In the morning you can head out directly onto the Tovets ski slope where you can ski down to Courchevel 1550, and then take the Granegttes gondola to the main La Croisette lift hub in the centre of Courchevel 1850. At the end of your ski day you can return directly to the residence on your skis.
If you have ski lessons booked or wish to start your ski day at La Croisette, it is just a 350m walk away. From here you can access 3 gondolas, Jardin Alpin, Verdons, or Chenus, which all quickly whisk you up onto the ski slopes of Courchevel 1850, and then onward into the 3 Valleys ski area.
Staying so centrally also means that all the resort amenities of Courchevel 1850, with its famous boutiques and restaurants, as well as lively bars and nightclubs can all be reached within a 5-to-10-minute walk.
