Chalet Sevan is a ski in ski out chalet in Courchevel 1850. This superb luxury chalet if full of typical alpine architecture and classic style. Tucked away in the private Hameau de Bellecote enclave, the chalet provides direct access onto the Cospillot piste. When you are not enjoying the ski slopes of Courchevel, the property offers an abundance of private wellness facilities.
The chalet is arranged across four floors and a very spacious 900m2 of floor area. It features a sumptuous living room with high ceilings, a bright living room, a long dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. On the lowest floor is a relaxation area with swimming pool, indoor hot tub, sauna and sensory shower, plus a TV area with tearoom.
Sleeping up to 14 guests there are seven en-suite bedrooms. On the lowest level are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, along with a separate shower room. On the first floor are three double bedrooms all with a sofa area and fireplace, as well as a further double bedroom with sofa area. On the top floor is the final double bedroom.
The chalet provides direct access onto the blue Cospillot slope from where you can ski quickly down to the Cospillot button lift. Once at the top of the button lift you can access the Pralong chairlift which provides access to numerous pistes depending on where you wish to head next. The buzzing centre of Courchevel 1850 with its numerous restaurants and boutiques is 1,000m away.
