The chalet lies about a 5 minute drive from the famous ski resort of Hochzillertal-Hochfügen that prides itself on having been chosen “The best ski destination in the world” in 2010 and 2011!
Apart from the privileged location and utmost privacy, the chalet oozes exceptional alpine charm together with modern architectural design, amenities and fixtures. The very large open plan living area and kitchen is located on the first floor. The large panoramic windows and balcony access ensure the full enjoyment of the stunning views.
The oversized TV sofa made of 200-year-old larch trees invites several guests to rest comfortably side by side. Enjoy the charms of the crackling fire whilst relaxing to the sounds of the Bose sound system or your choice of TV programme. The well-equipped country kitchen also boasts beautiful, wooden decor and elements, including a stunning, hand crafted wooden wall depicting the Zillertal mountain range.
This self-catered chalet is spread across 3 levels with 200m2 of living space. Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, the master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. There are an additional 2 double bedrooms which share a separate shower room.
After a long day on ski slopes you will also appreciate the wellness area on the lowest floor of this idyllic mountain hideaway, complete with sauna, rain shower, starlit sky, heated mosaic bed and built-in Berker radio for gentle relaxation.
The garage is large enough for 2 vehicles and hosts a room to store the skis and ski equipment. A large terrace with 90m² is located on the north-facing side of the chalet – and there is an impressive stone wall behind the chalet offering more seating options with 100% privacy.
Chalet Zillertal is available to rent on a self-catered basis. During the Christmas and New Year weeks the chalet is festively decorated including Christmas tree. Daily return piste transfers are included on 6 days to the ski area of Hochzillertal-Hochfügen or the ski area of Spieljoch.
