This stunning luxury chalet in Lech accommodates 12 in six bedrooms and a great choice for a group holiday or quality time with family.
The chalet is arranged over four floors all connected by both an elevator and stairs. On the ground floor entrance level is the tranquil spa area with a sauna, hammam and relaxation area. The first three bedrooms are on this floor, and all can be arranged with either twin or double beds and all feature either en-suite shower or bathrooms.
The middle floor of the property is home to the final three bedrooms including the impressive master suite. This spacious room is a luxurious and private haven and features a walk-in wardrobe, seating area with plush velvet sofa, desk and balcony access whilst the en-suite is decked out with a free-standing bath and separate rain shower.
The final two bedrooms are a further twin/double with en-suite bathroom and a cosy bunkroom, sleeping two, with en-suite shower room.
The top floor of the chalet is dedicated to the stunning open plan living and dining rooms and kitchen. The centrepiece of this space is the striking, modern fireplace that creates a warm and welcoming ambiance. The double height ceilings and picture windows, as well the views over Lech and mountains best enjoyed from the balcony, all add to the grandeur.
The dining table can seat 12 guests and is perfect for elegant dinners and is overlooked by the large kitchen. The sitting room has been elegantly decorated and there is also a snug TV room, that can be closed off from the main living space, perfect for children to enjoy whilst their parents enjoy dinner with friends. On the lower ground floor of the chalet there is ski and boot storage as well as a private laundry room.
The property will also have access to a luxurious shared swimming pool, tepidarium, gym and spa, shared with the other properties in the Chalech development. The residence is close to three bus stops with buses passing frequently, making it very convenient for accessing the slopes and the town.
Chalech S is available to rent on a self-catered, bed & breakfast and catered basis.
