The location is excellent for keen skiers and you are only a short walk from the nearest ski lifts and you can also ski to within metres of the building.
Arranged over two floors and a spacious 174m2 of living space this four bedroom property sleeps 8-10 guests. The open plan living spaces are arranged over the upper floor and has been decorated in neutral tones along with plenty of stylish fabrics and wood panelling. The focal point of the living room is the central circular fireplace that helps to create cosy, alpine ambience.
There is plenty of comfy seating with a large L-shaped sofa and a couple of armchairs provide seating space for up to eight guests. The floor to ceiling windows ensure stunning views of the world famous La Face ski slope. In the adjoining dining room up to ten guests can be seated at the large table which is overlooked by the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The living area benefits from access to two balconies.
Heading downstairs the lower floor is home to the four guest bedrooms. The charming master suite has mountain views and an en-suite roll top bath with a separate open shower accessed via Crittal-style doors. The master has access to a large balcony shared with two further double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath and shower, the other an en-suite shower. The final room is a charming quad bunk room, with a cosy TV snug where little ones can enjoy a film at the end of the day.
There is also a utility room on the lower floor with private laundry facilities. The apartment also has two indoor parking spaces with electric charging points.
The Solaise lift is just a 10 minute walk away and with a ski in ski out location, the vast expanse of the Val d’Isere and Espace Killy ski area is right on your doorstep.
