Chalet La Connivence is a beautiful luxury chalet in Megeve with a wonderful outdoor spa. Situated in an elevated and exclusive neighbourhood, the setting is both secluded and central. It is only a 10-minute walk to the centre of charming Megeve, as well as to the Le Chamois ski lift station. The chalet is arranged over three floors and 280m2 and accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children.
The entrance to the chalet is on the middle floor where you enter into the open plan living rooms. This convivial space is the heart of the chalet and is a haven of wood panelling all complemented with elegant modern furniture and lighting. The central and grand four-sided fireplace can be enjoyed from both the sunken living room and dining room.
In the evenings the comfortable sofas will envelope you in a warming hug, whilst the dramatic lighting creates a warm and soft ambience. The TV has been discreetly hidden within the sideboard and can be raised as required, whilst the integrated Bose sound system perfect for cinematic movie screenings, or for the perfect background music for your evening dinner parties.
The dining table can be extended to seat 10 guests, and the adjoining open kitchen has both a small breakfast bar as well as a separate breakfast nook which can seat 8. The windows on this level offer far reaching views over Megeve and the surrounding mountains. Stepping outside onto the balcony and you can enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh alpine air or step down to the outdoor spa area.
Heading up stairs and the master suite offers complete privacy as it enjoys the entire floor to itself. The high, vaulted wood ceiling, large double bed and huge windows all add to the grandeur. There is a stylish walk-in wardrobe, a tucked away study area, and the en-suite features a bath to soak in, rain shower, and his n’ hers sinks. In the morning you can enjoy the fantastic views from the private balcony.
Down on the ground floor there are a further four charming bedrooms, all tastefully decorated, spacious and full of natural light. There are three double and one quad bunk room, and all feature en-suite shower rooms. The three double rooms all offer direct access onto the wrap-around terrace where you can enjoy the outdoor spa facilities.
Outside, the landscaped garden is home to the magical outdoor spa with wooden hot tub and barrel sauna. Linked by wooden boardwalks, enjoy a candle-lit pamper session moving between the two, all with the backdrop of jaw-dropping mountain views.
The chalet is complete with a large ski room, accessible via the lower ground floor or via the garage, which can accommodate 2 cars comfortably. There are also private laundry facilities available.
Chalet La Connivence is available on a self-catered basis including housekeeping, or an accommodation only basis without housekeeping.
