A 4×4 vehicle is required in winter to reach the chalet and the centre of Megève is approximately a 10 minute drive.
The property can accommodate 12 adults and 3 children in seven spacious bedrooms. This self-catered chalet has a modern interior with exquisite furnishings and artwork. The property covers 420m2 of living space and spread over three floors. The main living area is on the first floor with a formal living area, TV area with rotating television so it can watched from multiple areas within the room, a dining space and a well-equipped contemporary kitchen / bar. The living spaces access a balcony / terrace with wonderful views. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this floor.
Stepping up to the second floor and you will find the chalets spacious master suite, a double room and a double / twin room all with en-suite bathroom facilities.
The remaining three bedrooms are to be found on the ground floor. There are two double rooms, one with an en-suite and the other with a separate bathroom. Finally there is a children’s bedroom with four single beds that is open to a double / twin room, making it a perfect family room.
The remainder of the ground floor is given over to wellness and relaxation. There is a large hammam, indoor Jacuzzi, fitness room and for those who need to further unwind, a dedicated massage room. The cinema room is perfect for children looking for their own dedicated play area.
The property has garage parking for two cars (no access straight from the garage to the property). There is also a ski room with boot warmers, laundry room and a guest WC.
