The redeveloped Phoenix residence in the centre of Courchevel 1550 (Village) opened its doors for the first time for the 2019/20 winter ski season. Ideally located next to the Grangettes bubble lift which connects you directly to Courchevel 1850, you will also benefit from a ski in ski out location at the foot of the slopes. There are ESF ski school meeting points in 1550 or take the lift up to 1850 for a wider selection of international ski schools.
There are a total of 21 self-catered apartments ranging in size from 51m2 and sleeping four guests to a spacious 254m2 duplex with a 110m2 terrace sleeping up to 12 guests. All the properties have modern interiors and have been equipped with fully equipped kitchens and high-quality furniture. There is an elevator in the residence, along with garage car parking and ski lockers.
On the top floors there are two stunning duplex apartments, Lodge Perchoir Blanc and Penthouse Le George. These two stunning properties both sleep up to 12 guests and feature amazing roof terraces with outdoor hot tubs. For large groups or several families, they are a wonderful choice for a luxurious self-catered ski holiday in Courchevel.
All guests staying in an apartment in the Phoenix residence have access to the shared spa area, which is equipped with a hammam, sauna, relaxation area & massage room.
The residence is located in the heart of Courchevel 1550 where there is a small supermarket, ski rental shops and restaurants. The excellent Aquamotion swimming pool complex, which is a great experience for both children and adults, is also within walking distance.
