Chalet Fleurie is a modern self-catered chalet in Chatel and perfect for a group of friends or two families. Located in a quiet and sunny setting of the Petit Chatel district, you are also very close to the Petit Chatel / Barbossine chairlift. Sleeping 10 people in 5 good sized bedrooms, this is a very comfortable chalet for a stay in the Portes du Soleil ski area. The five bedrooms offer good flexibility for different groups and families.
Refurbished in 2019, the chalet is arranged over three floors and has an original and welcoming design. The interior has been decorated with a warm colour scheme along with a blend of wood, stone and local Savoyard features. The L-shape living space is on the first floor and features a central fireplace and south facing balcony with great views onto the mountains.
The lounge area has a large sofa and comfy armchairs and with a selection of board games to enjoy is perfect for relaxed quality time together with family and friends. The open and fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining table that seats 10. On the ground floor there is a separate TV room with Netflix and an outdoor 6-person hot tub with views of the Mont du Grange nature reserve and Abondance valley.
The nearest ski lift is only a few hundred metres from the chalet, and it is easy to drive to the ski lifts at Pre La Joux and Super Chatel. Chatel is located at the northern end of the Portes du Soleil ski area and close to the Swiss border which the ski area extends into. We do recommend having a car for use in resort and there is car parking space for two cars at the chalet.
