On the first floor, high exposed old wood beam ceilings are a distinctive feature of the chalet. This floor has two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathroom. The first of these doubles has a walk-in wardrobe, and both have access to the large balcony.

There is a further double bedroom on this floor as well as a children’s room containing four singles beds across two bunk beds. This room has ample space and plenty of toys to keep the children happy. These two bedrooms share a large family bathroom across the hall with stunning Italian mosaic tiling.

The top floor is dedicated to the impressive master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. With its own private balcony, this is the perfect place to enjoy the stunning views across the Arlberg valley and its snow-capped peaks.

Situated on the lower ground floor is the chalet spa. There is a sauna comfortably seating six, a cold-water bucket shower, and a relaxation area with large flat screen TV. The games room with a table tennis table is also located on this floor. A separate external entrance leads to the heated ski room, with boot warming racks and storage for outdoor clothing.

The garage has space for one car and there are two further parking spaces outside.

Chalet Illimani is available to rent on both a catered and bed & breakfast basis. Daily return transfers are included to and from the ski lifts in St Anton a 7-minute drive away.

Please note: The fireplaces shown in the images can only be used when staff are in the chalet. There is an additional bedroom on the lower ground floor, which maybe used by the chalet staff – on request, it can be possible to use this bedroom for guest use.
