The Atmosphere Residence is situated in the centre of Courchevel 1850. Opened for the 2025/26 winter ski season, the residence offers a collection of 18 luxury apartments plus an impressive penthouse. Along with a ski in ski out location just 50m from the blue Tovets ski slope, the residence also offers its guests a fabulous wellness area, bistronomic restaurant, and concierge service.
The residence, clad in wood and glass, offers spacious accommodation with a timelessly elegant design that marries traditional chalet architecture and the latest alpine design trends.
Apartment 301 is arranged on one level and offers 117m2 of floor area. Sleeping 4-6 guests there are two luxurious bedrooms and a mountain corner with bunk beds, each with its own bathroom. The spacious and light-filled open plan living area has a kitchen, dining and lounge area. This room spills out onto the private terrace with a privileged view onto the surrounding mountain environment.
From the Atmosphere residence it is just 50m to the blue graded Tovets piste which descends into the centre of Courchevel 1550. From Courchevel 1550 the Grangettes gondola connects directly into the centre of Courchevel 1850 and the main La Croisette lift hub. Alternatively, La Croisette is just a 300m walk away from the residence, and this is also where the ski school meeting points are located.
The Atmosphere residence is centrally located and just a 100m from the heart of the resort. Courchevel 1850 offers an abundance of high-end boutiques if you prefer a day’s shopping to a day on the ski slopes, and the in-resort driver service is on hand to whisk you back to the residence afterwards.
All guests staying in the Atmosphere Residence will enjoy shared access to the on-site wellness area in the residence. Facilities include a 22-metre indoor swimming pool, a sauna and hammam, a fitness/yoga room, and tea bar. Treatments can also be booked in the Cinq Mondes spa.
The on-site CHACHA restaurant offers lunch on the terrace or dinner accompanied by music. A children’s playroom (not supervised), along with ski room and ski shop complete the facilities.
If driving to Courchevel 1850, a car parking space is included. Please note the parking space is in a municipal parking lot, with no direct access to the residence (maximum height: 2 meters).
Atmosphere 301 is available to rent on a bed & breakfast basis and includes daily housekeeping and use of a shared resort shuttle service. A daily continental breakfast basket is delivered to the apartment each morning. 2 x Spa treatments in the Atmosphère 1850 Wellness Area are also included.
