Heinz Julen Residence in Zermatt sleeps 14 guests in 7 bedrooms and is the combination of 2 properties, Heinz Julen Loft and Heinz Julen Penthouse. It is without doubt one of the most spectacular ski properties available for rent in the Alps. Its location perched high on a hill gives it spectacular views, and yet also offers easy access to the heart of the village.
Access to the Heinz Julen Residence is only a 2 minute walk from the top of the Omnia Hotel lifts, for which you will have a personal key code. The village end of the lift delivers you to the heart of Zermatt, in the main street and close to the church. The residence offers a huge 560m2 of living space, split between Manhattan-style HJ Loft at 300 m2, and the exceptional three-story HJ Penthouse at 260m2, which is set above.
The Loft can accommodate 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms and the Penthouse can accommodate 8 guests in four double bedrooms. All seven bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, and six of the bedrooms have Austrian twin beds.
When it comes to facilities there are also two saunas, a private indoor Jacuzzi and two Jacuzzi baths between the two properties. There is also a utility area, and an entertainment/games room with a large Smart-TV, table football and electronic dartboard.
All 14 guests can also enjoy their meals together at the Loft’s magnificent hanging table, as well as having the flexibility of having breakfast separately, or splitting the groups, adults and children, between the chalets.
The properties have been created as designer Heinz Julen’s private home and is full of his unique touches. All guests staying at Heinz Julen Residence also benefit from half-price access to the Genesis Spa of the Backstage Hotel.
For smaller groups, the four bedroom Heinz Julen Penthouse and the three bedroom Heinz Julen Loft can also be rented separately. The Residence is available on a catered, bed & breakfast and self-catered basis – please enquire for latest availability and pricing.
