Le Coin Perdu is a five bedroom self-catered apartment in the centre of Les Gets that feels more like a chalet. This super stylish property is arranged over 2 floors and benefits from double height ceilings in the main entertaining room. Located within the newly built apartment and spa “Solaret” building in Les Gets and residents are able to enjoy the luxury amenities within it. The location in the centre of Les Gets, means that the ski slopes and lifts, shops and restaurants are all only a short walk away.
Entering the property on the lower level and you discover a large, open plan lounge and bar room with plenty of space for entertaining. The full-size pool table and prominent bar area make this the perfect party room. Surround sound speakers and a large screen television above the bar will give endless pleasure to music and sports fans alike! Furthermore, the terrace with hot tub is accessed from this room and from there you can take in the views over Les Gets.
The property sleeps 10-11 guests in 5 bedrooms all arranged over the lower level. The master suite, with fixed king-size double bed, features a free-standing copper bath as well as the French doors that open on to a large balcony. The next three bedrooms can all be arranged with either king-size double or twin beds allowing for maximum flexibility for guests. The final room is a bunk room sleeping 3, with the bottom bed a full-sized double bed and a further single bed located above it.
Heading upstairs to the top floor of the penthouse and you are greeted with the impressive open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The large dining table with intricate chandelier above are the perfect setting for evening dinner parties. The kitchen has been designed with self-catering holiday’s in mind and the large pantry room gives ample storage space to groups who are perhaps staying for more than a week.
The large lounge area is decked out with two beautiful sofas which overlook the resort through the floor to ceiling windows. A movie projector and large drop-down screen turn this seating area into a cinema for the whole family to enjoy.
For those who may need to work during their holiday, a desk and office chair are located in the corner of the living room.
The location could not be better, and you can just step out into the middle of town just one street away from the main street of shops, bars and restaurants. Both the Chavannes and Mt. Chery chairlifts are just a few minutes walk away. It is ideally located for self-catered guests in summer and winter and the free bus service can help you reach further out areas.
The jewel in this crown is the spectacular luxury spa located below Le Coin Perdu. Guests staying in the penthouse are able to directly access the spa through a closed entrance meaning that you can come and go in your robes without having to leave the building. Treatments can be booked, and you can enjoy the various spa experiences such as the salt room, sensory shower and relaxation pool. A small but well-appointed gym is also located here which can be accessed on a pay per visit basis by guests.
A large laundry room is situated in the ground floor providing a welcome practical room for self-catered guests. As well as having a washing machine and tumble dryer, there is space for extra storage for suitcases and also has an iron and ironing board, highchair, travel cot and such which can be used by guests. Underground parking and lift access make the practicalities of staying here very easy indeed.
In the winter you can choose to opt in to a 24hr in-resort driver service at additional cost, meaning you won’t have to travel anywhere with your ski equipment in hand.
