Chalet Kuma
Chalet Kuma is a truly unique and architecturally designed luxury chalet in Les Houches, Chamonix. This catered ski chalet ticks all the boxes with a ski in ski out location and incredible mountain views plus a beautiful spa area including sauna, steam room and a swimming pool.
Located in a very sought-after setting in the Chamonix Valley, it is situated directly on the famous Kandahar ski slope of the Les Houches ski area. Along with the ski in ski out access, the chalet is also accessible year-round by car.
The chalet is arranged over 4 floors and 372m2 of living space. It has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests in 4 double bedrooms and a bunk room with 4 adult size bunk beds. The second floor is dedicated to open plan living with a state-of-the-art kitchen overlooking the dining table and a very large open living room with a fireplace.
To the first floor there is also a dedicated TV lounge with its Starck fireplace opening to a private terrace with fantastic views all around. The beautifully designed spa area is located on the entrance floor along with a garage and ski room.
Finally, for the warmer days, Chalet Kuma offers beautiful outdoor living with its sunny terraces to admire the stunning views of the Mont Blanc and Fiz Mountain Ranges.
For larger groups, the chalet is located 100m from Chalet Norel which can accommodate a further 8-12 guests. To access the chalet, it is best to have a 4×4 car.
Chalet Kuma is available to rent on a catered or self-catered basis. It is also possible to add in an in-resort chauffeur service at additional cost – please enquire for further details.
