Flying Moose Chalet is a luxury ski chalet in Revelstoke and features the region’s largest private helipad. Nestled away above the base of Revelstoke Mountain Resort this world-class chalet offers 8 luxurious bedrooms. The chalet is spread across three levels and 9,000 square feet of floor area and can accommodate up to 17 guests. The chalet was completed in 2018 and features exceptional comfort and world-class amenities. Second only to the stunning scenery surrounding the Flying Moose Chalet is the world-class service you’ll receive to create lasting holiday memories.
At the heart of the chalet is the two-storey great room with a towering, double sided rock-surround wood burning fireplace. The grand dining room is the perfect spot for formal dinner parties, or outside more relaxed barbeque dining on the terrace.
Upstairs the games room and bar with shuffleboard, ping pong and comfy seating is the spot to relax and apreś. Downstairs the media room is equipped with a full wall projector screen and surround sound and offers more immersive and relaxed entertainment.
The bedrooms are split between the lower and upper levels, with the master suite tucked away up a few steps on the middle floor. On the top floor are four en-suite bedrooms all with king-size double beds, whilst the spacious master suite features a large closet and en-suite with bathtub and walk-in shower. The three bedrooms on the lowest level offer more flexible sleeping arrangements for children and young families, as well as couples.
After a day on the ski slopes or heli-skiing in remote mountains the chalet has every amenity for rest, relaxation and recovery for yet another day’s adventuring. The staff will have the resistant swim-spa, eight-person hot tub, cedar lined sauna and expansive steam room warmed up for your arrival. A fully equipped gym stocked with water and towels and massage therapists are also at the ready!
If planning on arriving by helicopter or heliskiing in the Selkirk and Monashee Mountains directly from the chalet, the Flying Moose features the largest private helipad in the area, located just steps from the property. The chalet’s 800 sq ft heli-lounge, with well-stocked beverage cooler and espresso machine, is a unique room custom designed to ensure the most luxurious space for preparing for any adventure.
To ensure a truly memorable stay a team of Professional Lodge Managers, Executive Chef, Bartenders and Chalet staff will ensure world-class service from the moment you arrive. Shuttle drivers are also on hand to whisk you on the three-minute drive to the base of the Revelstoke Mountain Resort ski area and ski lifts, or on any local activities your butler has planned with you.
Flying Moose Chalet is available to rent on a fully catered basis in the winter season.
