Chalech M
Chalech M is a stunning Alpine home and part of the exclusive Chalech development which is ideally located a 10 minutes walk from the centre of Lech and just a few minutes from the nearest ski lift. This stylish new complex of properties is located close to the ski slopes as well as offering shared access to the complex’s indoor swimming pool, tepidarium and gym.
The chalet is arranged over three floors all connected by stairs and a lift and sleeps up to 10 guests in six bedrooms. The main entrance to the property brings you into the top floor and the open plan living and dining room. At the centre of this space is the impressive wood burning fireplace and floor to ceiling windows draw your eyes out to the striking mountain views.
On your return from skiing enjoy the semi-enclosed terrace with seating accessed from the living area and where a heater lamp makes this the ideal spot to enjoy the final hours of the day. Afterwards the living room has plenty of comfy seating from which to enjoy the fireplace and the dining room a magnificent setting for evening dinner parties.
The well-equipped open plan kitchen faces onto the dining room, making for a convivial atmosphere and the central island has stool-seating for four people. Behind the living area is a snug TV room decked out with deep sofas and a large screen television. It is the ideal place for ski-weary children to cosy up with a movie while the parents enjoy some adult time. A guest WC is also located on this top floor.
Heading down to the middle floor and there are three en-suite bedrooms including the impressive master suite.
The master features a king-size double bed and this spacious room features an ethanol fireplace, private balcony, free-standing bathtub, huge shower and walk-through cupboard. The other two bedrooms can both be arranged with double or twin beds and have en-suite facilities with bath and separate shower.
Onto the ground floor and there are a further two double or twin bedrooms again with en-suite bath and shower rooms, and one with terrace access. The sixth and final bedroom is a bunk room and is equally comfortable for children or adults with all beds measuring 200 x 90cm. All the bedrooms have safes, as well as TVs with Netflix, all are wired for Sonos, and all wardrobes are illuminated.
The chalet also has its own tranquil spa area on the ground floor which features a sauna and hammam, as well as a reclining area, rain shower and terrace access. After a day on the ski slopes it is the perfect space in which to revive tired bodies.
The property also has access to a luxurious shared swimming pool, tepidarium, gym and spa, shared with the other properties in the Chalech development. There is also a shared ski and boot room with lockers allocated to the chalet and boot warmers, plus access to laundry facilities.
The residence is close to three bus stops with buses passing frequently, making it very convenient for accessing the slopes and the town.
