The building has been fully renovated and incorporates 14 individual and stylish apartments. The residence also includes a shared and well-equipped spa facility which includes an indoor swimming pool with relaxation area, sauna, hammam and treatment room.
The Brunnenhof 1 apartment is located on the ground floor and is arranged over 87m2 of living space. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area has been decorated with modern furnishings along with traditional wooden floors and panelled walls. The living area seats up to six guests whilst subtle lighting creates a welcoming and calm ambience throughout. The dining table seats four comfortably and the large open plan kitchen is ideal for preparing meals on the nights that you decide not dining out.
Sleeping four guests the apartment has two chic double bedrooms decorated in neutral tones. Both rooms feature en-suite shower rooms with the master also featuring a separate bath. Fantastic mountain views can be enjoyed from the shared balcony both rooms can access, and wall mounted TVs provide in-room entrainment if you are after some quiet time.
The resort of Lech has some of the highest snowfall records in Europe and its state-of-the-art lift system links skiers to St. Christophe and St. Anton, creating an enormous ski area. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste. After a long day on the slopes, indulge with a soak in the shared swimming pool or revive tired limbs in the shared sauna or hammam.
To access the skiing of this snow-sure ski area, the Schlosskopf chairlift is just a 6 minute walk away. The centre of Lech, along with its vibrant restaurant and social scene, is also just a 10 minute walk from the residence. For groups and families not looking to compromise on location or quality, along with the benefit of spa facilities, the Brunnenhof is a property that ticks all the holiday boxes.
