Eastrock, completed in 2020, is a beautiful alpine chalet in Verbier with stunning mountain views. Inside the chalet is a haven of beautiful wood, rich fabrics and modern fixtures, that all help to make this property the perfect mountain retreat. Sleeping up to 8 adults and 2 children, there are five en-suite bedrooms that provide flexible rooming for a large family or group of friends.
The chalet is arranged over five floors connected by stairs and an elevator connects four floors. If arriving by car you can head straight to the underground garage and then into a foyer as well as ski room with boot warmers. If heading back to the chalet on foot you can enter via the ground floor entrance where there is also a large cloakroom for your coats and snow boots.
The middle floor of the chalet is where the open plan living and dining area, as well as the kitchen is appropriately at the heart of the chalet. This space is perfectly orientated to ensure maximum enjoyment of the fabulous views across the valley to Mount Rogneaux. The fireplace, vaulted ceiling and dramatic chandelier all add to the grandeur.
The large dining table easily seats ten and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. In the evenings you can recline on the sofa with pre-dinner drinks, or simply curl up and enjoy the warmth of the fire. Outside a wrap-around balcony is decked out with a hot tub so can you enjoy your own relaxed private après ski in style.
The first of the chalet’s five bedrooms are found on the ground floor where there are three double en-suite rooms. All three can be arranged with either double or twin beds, and two have en-suite showers and one an en-suite bathroom. At the top of the chalet and tucked away under the eaves is an extremely cute and charming twin children’s room with a cosy reading nook and en-suite shower room.
The master suite enjoys its own private space with the entirety of the second floor to itself. The king-sized double bed rests underneath a stunning wooden beamed ceiling and there is an adjoining dressing area. The en-suite bathroom has an incredible steam room, double sink and best of all a beautiful bathtub in which to enjoy a soak.
From the chalet it is a short walk to the Brunet bus stop and a 7 minute walk to the Le Rouge piste. It is a 4 minute drive to the main lift station at Medran, whilst the centre of Verbier is around a 12 minute walk away or a 3 minute drive away.
